Dr. Andrea Thatcher
Licensed Psychologist (Virtual Only)
Intake: $175 | Sessions: $150
I strongly believe in the importance of prioritizing mental and emotional health because when we are in a better place, we are better able to model that for our families and loved ones. When we find greater peace within, practice self-love and care, and achieve balance in our lives, we not only improve ourselves but also positively influence those around us. I have obtained extensive therapy and psychological assessment experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My prior clinical experience includes positions at Helen Devos Children's Hospital (BRAINS), University of South Florida Hope House for Eating Disorders, Manatee Glens Hospital (Child Day Treatment Program), Rothman Center of Neuropsychiatry-Department of Pediatrics, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Clinic, Hillsborough County Children’s Services, and the Eating Disorders Recovery Center of Athens. Additionally, I was involved in a Fit Kids program in Michigan focused on childhood obesity, and I have presented on topics related to eating disorders and emotional eating at the University of Georgia and Grand Valley State University in Michigan.
