Therapy
Talk to someone who listens & understands.
Our therapy sessions offer a safe and supportive environment where kids, teens, adults, families and couples can explore their thoughts and feelings. Our caring professionals are here to listen and help you take the next right step towards healing and personal growth.
-
Our individual therapy sessions for kids create a safe space where they can express their thoughts and feelings freely. Many children face challenges like anxiety, bullying, or family changes that can impact their happiness and development. With our support, your child will learn to manage big emotions and build confidence, helping them navigate friendships and social situations more effectively.
We also offer parent education sessions and family therapy to support the whole family. Parent sessions provide practical tools for understanding your child’s emotions and behavior, improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, and responding to challenges with greater confidence. Family therapy can help strengthen relationships, work through conflict or transitions, and create healthier patterns of communication at home. Our goal is to help children grow while also giving parents and families the support they need to grow together.
-
For teens, our individual therapy sessions provide a supportive environment to address the unique pressures they face. Issues like peer pressure, academic stress, and personal identity can create confusion and anxiety. We help your teen find their voice and develop resilience, enabling them to tackle these challenges and foster healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Adult Individual Therapy: Our individual therapy for adults provides a safe, supportive space to work through the challenges and pressures of everyday life. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed, therapy can help you better understand yourself and develop practical tools for moving forward. Together, we focus on building healthy coping skills, strengthening emotional well-being, improving relationships, and helping you create meaningful and lasting change.
Couples Therapy: We also offer couples therapy for those looking to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, rebuild connection, or work through difficult seasons together. Whether you are dating, engaged, married, or navigating significant relationship challenges, our therapists provide a supportive space for both partners to feel heard and understood. Couples therapy can help identify unhealthy patterns, strengthen communication and conflict-resolution skills, rebuild trust and intimacy, and create a healthier, more connected relationship.
Group Therapy
Throughout the year, we periodically offer therapy and support groups for children, teens, and adults based on the needs of our community. Groups may focus on topics such as social skills, emotional regulation, anxiety, confidence, relationships, parenting, and overall wellness. Group therapy provides a supportive environment to connect with others, learn new skills, and grow together. Please inquire about our current and upcoming group offerings!

Our Approach
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a proven approach that examines how our thoughts affect our emotions and behaviors. We guide clients through recognizing and challenging negative thinking patterns, which lead to improved emotional health and constructive behavior changes. As a result, individuals gain practical skills to effectively navigate the ups and downs of life with ease.
Other Methods
We understand that each client’s needs are unique, which is why we incorporate various approaches as needed, including family therapy, interpersonal therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. These evidence-based methods empower us to provide targeted, personalized support—using the tools that best fit each person’s journey toward wellness.

For Adults:
In your first therapy session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding your concerns. It’s a chance for you to share your story, and we’ll discuss your goals for therapy. This session is all about creating a comfortable and safe space for you to express yourself.
For Teens & Children:
For your child or adolescent's initial therapy session, we'll begin by speaking with the parent or guardian for a few minutes to gather background information, discuss current concerns, set treatment goals, and review confidentiality and its limits. The therapist will then spend time building rapport with your child or teen, exploring the reasons for seeking therapy. Our goal is to create a positive experience that fosters hope, ensuring your child or teen leaves feeling comfortable and eager to return. -
The length of therapy varies for each individual and depends on your specific needs and goals. Some people may find relief in just a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term support. We’ll regularly check in to assess your progress and adjust our approach as needed.
-
Typically, sessions are held weekly or every other week, but the frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and schedule. Consistency can help you build momentum, but we’re flexible and will work together to find a rhythm that suits you best.
