Cancellations made outside of 24 hours are accepted without charge, but cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment—unless due to an emergency or illness—will result in a full-session fee charge to the card on file. This policy helps us maintain consistency and ensure that our services are available to those who need them.
