  • Cancellations made outside of 24 hours are accepted without charge, but cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment—unless due to an emergency or illness—will result in a full-session fee charge to the card on file. This policy helps us maintain consistency and ensure that our services are available to those who need them.

  • The online portal is designed to schedule non-emergency appointments only. If you are experiencing an emergency in which life, health, or property are in danger, please call 988 (for mental health emergencies), 911, or another emergency response service immediately.
