My name is Alexus Samueal-Lopez, and I go by Lexi. I am a clinical mental health counseling intern currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Healthcare from the University of South Florida, with a concentration in Children’s Mental Health and a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis.
My background includes working with children and adolescents in child welfare, as well as those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and behavioral disorders. I’m passionate about helping young people who have experienced trauma find healing, resilience, and hope through a supportive therapeutic relationship.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy kayaking, hiking, and spending time with my family. I’m married to a wonderful husband, and together we’re raising two amazing boys, Jaxon and Maddox, along with our fur baby, Rocky. I’m honored to be part of each client’s journey toward growth and well-being.
